1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) regulate how clients seeking legal services engage with the Executives Law Firm (“the Firm”). Using the Firm’s services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Services
The firm provides legal services in corporate law, real estate, banking and insurance, and intellectual property. The contract’s client needs will decide the scope of services.
3. Payment
The firm’s charges depend on complexity and size. Case facts decide whether fees are hourly, fixed, or contingent. The client pays all service costs and expenses. Clients sign a contract and pay on schedule.
4. Client Responsibility
Legal services require accurate, full, and current client information. Clients must notify the firm of any changes that may affect the legal action.
5. Privacy
The Firm will never release client information without authorization unless required by law or in the client’s best interests.
6. Termination
Legal counsel can be fired by either party in writing. Clients must pay all fees and costs upon cancellation.
7. Liability Limitation
The Firm will diligently handle all legal issues. The Firm does not guarantee a certain conclusion and is not accountable for any loss or harm resulting from legal services, except in circumstances of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Jurisdiction and Law
These conditions and any client-firm legal disputes are governed by Saudi Arabian law. Riyadh courts will resolve any conflicts.
9. Changes
The Firm may amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be disclosed, and clients’ continued use of the Firm’s services implies acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Full Agreement
These Terms replace any prior agreements and govern the parties’ relationship. These Terms apply to any written Firm-client agreements.
